Pre-Qualifications

The following procedures must be in place:

  • All machinery guards must be installed and used. 
  • Buildings must have adequate ventilation, and dust and waste must be disposed of properly.
  • Chemicals and flammables must be stored in fireproof containers, in an area separate from the workshop.
  • If finished products are sold, quality control checks must be performed.
  • Background checks must be conducted on all employees and volunteers.
